Aches and pains including sore muscles, tense muscles, muscular aches, rheumatism, sprains, backache, and lumbago.
Respiratory problems including throat infections, flu, cough, cold, catarrh, halitosis, asthma, sinus congestion, bronchitis, whooping cough, laryngitis, and tonsillitis. The oil is either used in the form of vapour or applied on the skin of neck, chest and back.
It can be used to treat various skin disorders such as acne, wrinkles, psoriasis, dermatitis, allergic conditions, athlete’s foot, boils, sores, spots, and other inflammations. It helps heal wounds, cuts, burns, insect bites and stings, and sunburns rapidly as it aids in the formation of scar tissues. Lavender oil is added to chamomile to help treat eczema.

Uses
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
Aroma Jewellery:Simply add a few drops of oil directly into a clay pendant or onto an insert pad, felt ball or lava bead. Secure the closure of your jewellery, and enjoy that scent throughout the day. The warmth of the jewellery against your skin will help the oils diffuse into the air around you. Just top up with additional oils as needed and try to avoid neat oils coming into direct contact with your skin.
Other: Add a few drops of lavender oil to pillows and bedding at bedtime. Keep a bottle of lavender on hand to soothe occasional skin irritations. Freshen your linen closet, mattress, car, or the air by combining Lavender with water in a spray bottle.
