Are your essential oils 100% pure?
All of the Soul Senses Essential Oils are natural and 100% pure, unless otherwise stated.
Are all of your products and packaging 100% organic and eco-friendly?
We are absolutely committed to sustainability and whilst we’re not quite at 100% yet, we’re working towards it. Most of our packaging is completely organic and eco-friendly, and the vast majority of products in-store use natural or recycled materials.
How do I order on your website?
Simply find the product you would want and click the “Add To Cart” button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we will have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
Absolutely! This option will be offered at the check out stage.
How do I use my promotional code?
If you have a promotional code you simply need to enter this at the checkout and your discount will be automatically calculated. Please note that only one promotional offer can be used at any one time.
Do your prices include VAT?
All our prices are quoted in GBP (Great British Pounds) and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax), so no hidden surprises on checkout!
Do you take orders over the phone or by email?
All orders must be placed through the website, we cannot process phone or email orders at present. If you have trouble placing an order, please contact us for assistance.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we’re not currently offering a collection service but be sure to sign-up to our newsletter for the latest updates and developments.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
We don’t offer bulk order discounts, but if you need to place a large order or would like to use us as a regular supplier, please contact us directly.
Can I pre-order a product?
We do not take pre-orders or reserve stock that is not available for dispatch. You can however register to be notified by email when a product comes back into stock so as to not miss out when it is available.
Why are some products out of stock?
We endeavor to have as many products as possible in stock at all times, however periodically we may sell out of some products quickly. On the Out of Stock product pages, you can register to be notified by email when a product is back in stock.
When will my order be shipped?
Providing your item is in stock, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow up to three business days to have your order processed and updated on the system. You can use the order status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. You should also receive an email to let you know when your order has been shipped.
How long are delivery times?
The delivery time for your order will vary depending on the type of shipping option you chose at the checkout. Most of the orders do arrive within the given timeframes, however, you might on occasion, receive it earlier. Please note that typically, orders placed just before or during public holidays might be slightly delayed due to the constraints of the courier network worldwide. What countries/locations do you ship to?
Right now, we’re only shipping to the UK & Northern Ireland but will hopefully be shipping internationally very soon. Be sure to sign-up to our newsletter for the latest news on this!
Do you offer a refund if I do not like the product?
Yes! We offer a full refund on your order if you do not like the product subject to terms. Simply visit our Refund Policy page for complete details.
Can I use your images on my blog or website?
You may use any of our images on your blog or website only when promoting Soul Senses products. Please always credit Soul Senses when using our photographs, thank you.
